How do I sign up for AutoShip?

There are two ways that you can sign up for the AutoShip program: online or by phone.
For online, simply choose the AutoShip option when adding the product to your Cart. You will automatically save $10.00 off and will receive Free Shipping and Handling on your entire order.
For phone, you can call our Order Department at 1-888-782-0022 and ask for the AutoShip option when you place your order with us.

How will I be notified of my AutoShip order?

Once the AutoShip plan has been processed for your order, we will send an email to the provided email address on the account, along with the tracking information for your upcoming delivery. This will be done for each order sent.

Can I modify my AutoShip order’s schedule?

Absolutely! You can modify your order and delivery schedule by calling our Customer Service department at 1-888-782-0022. Our agents are available Monday – Friday from 6am to 5:30pm PST.

How do I skip or change my next delivery?

Our Customer Service representatives can help you make delivery changes, including advancing, delaying or skipping a shipment. However, once a shipment is already sent out or in process, it cannot be modified.

Are there GardaVita® products not applicable to the AutoShip plan?

AutoShip cannot be combined with other promotions/discounts that GardaVita® is offering. (Ex: Buy One Get One Free, 15% off + Free S&H). Additionally, all products that are priced under $29.95 are not applicable for the AutoShip plan.

Where can I update my contact/billing info?

Please contact our Customer Service department for all changes to your AutoShip. Our agents can be reached at 1-888-782-0022, Monday – Friday from 6am to 5:30pm PST.

When do I get charged for my order?

Your order is billed on the day that it is shipped, and not before! The payment will be charged to your provided credit or debit card. You will be automatically charged from then on every 30 days.

Will the prices for my purchases stay locked in for future AutoShip orders?

As long as you stay enrolled in our AutoShip program with no cancellations, you will continue to receive the same price for your favorite supplements!

What payment options are available for AutoShip?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Currently, we are unable to process AutoShip orders paid with either check or money order.

How do I cancel my AutoShip plan?

Simply call Customer Service at 1-888-782-0022, or email us at customer_service@gardavita.com, and we will process the cancellation right away! You will not be billed for any future shipments unless a shipment has already been processed. We will gladly assist you in any way we can!

Will GardaVita® ever cancel my AutoShip plan?

We always strive our best to keep you enrolled in our AutoShip delivery plan for as long as you need! If for any reason we must cancel your AutoShip, (ie: the product on AutoShip has been discontinued) we will notify you via phone call from our Customer Service department.

Can I return an AutoShip order?

Yes! You may return your item within one-year of your purchase! Our one-year guarantee ensures you get complete satisfaction with your purchase or money back on the unused portion.
